Mr. Maliki is Saudi qualified attorney with five years’ post-qualification experience and holding an LLM from Indiana University Law School and an LLB from King Abdulaziz University. Experience in acting on behalf of clients on contentious and non-contentions matters, whether in the capacity of attorney, advisor, mediator, or negotiator. Capable of undertaking litigation and drafting/reviewing of agreements, as well as filing documentation before competent authorities. Practicing in a variety of areas of Saudi law, including commercial matters, labor disputes, civil litigation, executive disputes that relate to the execution of the commercial papers, agency/franchise matters, and corporate (re-) structuring.
