We provide our clients with the preparation and drafting of arbitration clauses and procedures (in the Arabic and English languages) and attending sessions of arbitration panels for clients to ensure their legal interests are met. We also follow up on the procedures relating to arbitration judgments and decisions and their enforcement and objecting thereto if necessary, as well as deciding whether it is in the client’s best interest to accept arbitration or resort to litigation after considering all risks.
